We went through the proper approvals and channels to have it reflect correctly in reporting so the US Surface Device team could receive their proper credit. We also created a streamlined process using Access and Excel to locate orphans for re-parenting and have stayed consistently engaged with the field on capturing missing shipment information. We believe that there is always a better way to improve processes and adapt to the needs of the team.
