BUSINESS ANALYST

Primary Job Responsibilities:

• Supporting overall rhythm of project stakeholder’s business

• Monitoring overall health of pipeline quantity, quality, visibility and velocity

• Support sales incentives and business investment funds, ensuring compliance and monitoring committed money and spend

• Providing support for deal level forecasting and forecast accuracy

• Supporting scorecard, scorecard forecasting, key TLIs and driving COE’s

• Drive quality initiatives to support customer planning

• Ad Hoc regional reporting and analytics 

• Drive training, execution and operational excellence to support the core sales processes

Summary of Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Bachelor’s degree

• Understanding of sales processes and strategies, tools, programs

• Understanding of business management and analysis for sales organizations

• Strong deadline orientation and ability to effectively prioritize and meet deadlines. 

• Advanced conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

• Experience leveraging collaboration technology (e.g. SharePoint) to deliver BI solutions

• Ability to deal with ambiguity and changing business environment

• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders simultaneously
